Although you cannot access the pharmacy to collect your prescription you can visit us for services such as medicine use review, new medicine service and flu vaccination. We offer a FREE prescription deliver service nationwide.
There is virtually level access to the pharmacy. If getting from you vehicle to the pharmacy is difficult please feel free to telephone the pharmacy and a member of staff will be happy to come out to your vehicle to offer any assistance you my need. Our staff work hard to provide you with the best possible patient and customer experience. Please treat them with the courtesy and respect they deserve. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to individuals who act in a violent, threatening or aggressive manner.
If you have any unwanted medicines requiring disposal please contact the pharmacy so that we can arrange for our delivery driver to collect them.
The pharmacist and our trained assistants are available for advice on all medicines and minor ailments on the telephone or via the internet. We can give advice on healthy living, for example, stopping smoking, healthy eating, maintaining a healthy weight and sexual health. We can direct you to other sources of advice and assistance if we cannot help directly this is all possible via telephone with our pharmacist and staff and using our comprehensive website.
This is an opportunity for our pharmacist to discuss and review the medicines you are taking to ensure you are using them correctly and getting the maximum benefit. We will explain clearly and simply, without any medical jargon, what they are for and the conditions they treat and identify any possible side effects that you may be experiencing. We will listen to you and any problems you are having with your medicines, provide advice and support and if necessary contact your Doctor to discuss any issues that arise from our conversation.

From October onwards each year we provide a private Flu vaccination service for children and adults over 12 years. Contact us to make an appointment. We can also vaccinate Adults from age 18 years and upwards for FREE if they fall into an eligible group.
For private vaccination we are able to vaccination Children from 2 years and all Adults requiring protection from seasonal flu.
When you are prescribed a new medicine by your doctor our pharmacists can offer support and advice to ensure you take the new medication as prescribed without suffering any unwanted side effects or explain any further questions you may have. We usually do this by keeping in contact with you during the first 4 weeks of your new medicine being prescribed.

This is a convenient system for arranging the supply of medicines that you have on prescription every month. When you are stable on your regular medication, electronic repeat dispensing can be set up by the GP and dispensed and delivered to you each month. Repeat dispensing can be set up for six to twelve months and you then visit the GP for a review.
We offer a comprehensive repeat prescription ordering service. If you are registered with our pharmacy you can order your repeat prescription via telephone, internet, or in person. Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed by your surgery. We then collect and deliver your prescription for FREE. We can dispense any prescription from local health centres and from anywhere in the UK and deliver for FREE. All you need to do is register here
